Mulled Cider to See in Winter

Today I’ve been enjoying the company of friends and ushering in the impending winter with Autumnal foods.  Autumnal foods; Get in my face.  Winter; Get Ushed.

So, todays menu has been stuffed mushroom and potato wedges for lunch, and then dinner will be baked camembert and fresh bread, proper coq au vin (despite losing the recipe…) and homemade pumpkin pie.  All washed down with mulled cider.  I mulled the hell out of this cider.
